What are our trips like?

Our modern licenced and fully insured vehicles have been designed with pets’ security and comfort in mind, following the latest guideline and regulations of Italian/EU and non-EU health authorities (we are Type 2 and DEFRA approved)

Your pet(s) will be comfortably travelling in their individual crate where they can rest and relax during their journey. They will receive our full attention throughout their trip being also monitored through the cameras installed in the vehicles.

Fresh water and pads inside their crates are changed every couple of hours (sooner if required)

The vehicles are never left unattended and are always supervised by at least one member of our driving crew during rest stops.

We will keep in contact with you via WhatsApp at various stages of the journey for live feeds and updates of the trip
